Finding an item
Product categories - Our online store has been built with several product categories all available from links to your left under Store Navigation. Click on a category link to browse items in that category.

Adding an item to your shopping cart
To purchase one of our products, you must first add it to your shopping cart. On the product display page select a quantity from the drop-down menu marked "QTY." Then, click "Add To Cart." You will be taken to the Shopping Cart page where you can review/edit your order. A message at the top of every page lets you know how many items are in your bag at any time.

Viewing and editing your shopping cart
To review and edit your shopping bag at any time click the "Edit Order/Check Out" located at the top of each page. You will be taken to the Shopping Cart page. From the Shopping Cart page you may adjust quantities of items in your cart, delete items from your cart, or begin the checkout process.

Checking out
When you are ready to purchase the items in your cart, click "Edit Order/Check Out" located at the top of each page, or the "checkout" text link at the bottom of each page and then click the "Checkout Now" button at the bottom of the page. Our checkout process is 4 easy steps: Billing Address, Shipping Address, Order Review, Billing Information. As soon as you begin the checkout process, you are taken to our secure server to ensure that all of your personal information is protected (for more on security visit Privacy & Security).

Enter billing address - The first step is to enter your billing address. Also if you have a promotional code for a special offer or discount we are currently running, enter it into the field in the upper right. If the shipping address is the same as the billing address click "Ship to this address." If the shipping address is different click "Ship to different address."

Enter shipping address - If shipping to an address other than your billing address, enter it on the shipping address page. Please include a phone number for the shipping address in case there is a problem with delivery.

Order review - You may review all aspects of your order from the order review page. All the items you are ordering, your subtotal, promotional discounts, applicable taxes, shipping and handling fees, billing and shipping addresses, and your final total. Any of this information may be edited at this point by clicking the appropriate button.

Billing information - The final step of the check out process is to enter your credit card information. The Creek Company currently accepts Master Card and Visa. Click the "Final purchase" button and you'll be given a printable receipt with all of your order information and an order confirmation number. Please use this number when contacting The Creek Company about your order.

The Creek Company Return Policy:
New and unused items may be returned for a full refund (excluding shipping charges) within 30 Days of purchase. You must call 970-879-5221 ext. 300 for a return authorization # prior to the return. All inflatable products may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, please call for details. Please use all original packaging when returning an item and be sure to include a copy of your Order Confirmation.
