The Creek Company Warranty Policy:

All Creek Company products are guaranteed against defects in Material and Workmanship for 5 years to the Original owner. This does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse, neglect or normal wear & tear.

The warranty will only become effective after the warranty card has been filled out by the original purchaser and returned to the Creek Company. New purchases can also be registered on the Creek Company website Warranty Form page. All products have a usable 'Lifespan'. If maintained, used and stored properly, all Creek Company pontoon boats, float tubes and fishing accessories should last many years. The warranty does not apply to boats that have been modified, left outside or transported fully inflated. Any defective item(s) shall be replaced after the said item(s) have been returned to the Creek Company warranty dept. for inspection.
